Also, the local petstore where the cans were purchase and where I have shopped for ten years tonight said to me that they had three returns on this product. I don't think anything could be going on with five dogs at once. They all ate the food and they all became ill right after. One right after the other. Whether it's the change in formula I do not kow but the store owner did say something interesting. She said that I should bring it back, that it was only one case effected. I don't know how she'd know this unless the company possibly put a recall on a specific case and number and maybe she did not pull the case. Either way there is a problem with this food and I'd hate to see other dogs become as ill as my five are. I'm calling the company Tuesday when they reopen. I do have a problem too with the fact that Diamond food does not have the best track record and it's come to my attention that they are the distributors of this food. If I had known this prior I would not have even started feeding it to my Yorkies. Diamond was involved with the last food problem. Anyway, everyone has their own opinions and they have to do what they feel comfortable doing or feeding their dog/s I just felt I wanted to warn others as I'd hate to see their dogs become as ill as mine.
