I'm super late to the game on this thread, but I have flown Roxy at LEAST 20 times in her young life (she's 4) and I fly on continental airlines. Cost is $90 each way. I've sent a letter to Continental begging them to begin a frequent flyer program, where good dogs that fly often are rewarded with a free flight for every few trips.
