I don't know the answer but will bump the thread for you. WELCOME to YT!!! My Charlie was sick last week with vommiting and his breath stunk too. . You might want to call your vet. I took Charlie off of food for 24 hours and very little water, as instructed by my vet, and gave him small amounts of perscription dog food after that and he got better. Instead of perscription dog food you might try some boiled chicken and white rice to see if he'll eat. Sounds like it might be some kind of infection though. Hope he feels better soon!
