Yes, Yorkies can have moles. My Piccolo has one on the inside of her leg. Since she goes regularly to the Vet Dermatologist, I showed it to her and asked her if I should be concerned. The Doc told me not to worry about it, as long as it stays flat, not raised. So, I learned something new that day.
