Thanks for all the support! The only reason I had the mace was because I have seen what a big dog can do to a Yorkie. When I was younger and had my first yorkie Mickey there was something similar that happened in my town. Mickey's brother was bought by someone who lived down the street from me. They were taking him for a walk, just as I had been with my Emmett, when a large chow-chow dog ran up on them and grabbed Mickey's brother. All it took was a shake from the chow chow and the little one was killed. I saw it happen and ever since I started carrying mace. Recently I found out about the mace that was made specifically for dogs so I bought that... and I'm glad I did. I know that dog was going to bite my Emmett, he did not seem friendly or just curious at all. I only wish more people would be aware of their dogs. |
