I filled out the same papers for both of my ACA registered dogs. The one that I filled out for my male came back from ACA exactly the way I filled it out and it was sent directly to me from ACA. The one I filled in at Ksena's breeders house, because she said she pays the fee and sends them in for everyone who buys a puppy from her, somehow got the name changed and ownership changed to her and sent to her instead of me. So she paid the fee and changed my dogs name and put herself as the owner. So I have both of the official registrations from ACA only the one from Ksena's breeder states her as the owner and I can now pay an additional fee to transfer ownership to a dog that she named Ksena Gramlich Smart Dog....
Ksena's official ACA registration came from the breeder not ACA...the breeder mailed it to me....
