I totally agree about the tail. It doesn't need to be removed. It wasn't the tail that was the topic of discussion. The topic of discussion was barking. My Muffin alerted me many times over the years of danger when she was in her fenced yard and once when she saw someone from a window. She had no other way to tell me. That was her way of speaking. So, I must point out that you are wrong on that point as well as spaying and neutering needs.
