Typically the breeder registers the litter and then the buyer registers individual dog's in their names. From reviewing ACA's website...on an individual dog registration... the breeder's info isn't necessary. So she wasn't "hiding" that from you.
Regardless of her reasons...I'd be demanding the registration be corrected immediately
