The sad thing is alot of Breeders give the puppy shot ourself. I do alot of my own shots, and I have had buyers of puppies to call me saying their vet wanted to redo all their shots, becuase they wasn't done by a vet. I have it wrote down the date the shot was due, the date the shot was given and what the shot was. I will tell the puppy buyer that is up to them to regive the shots, but I can not say what over vaccinions may do to a puppy. I think sometimes it is a money thing with some vets.
I am glad that Alabama has now pass a rabies law for every 3 years. We was one of the last states still giving rabies shots every year. |
