Curious if anyone has a theory on why Ksena's breeder had me sign the ACA registration at her house so that she could send it in and pay the fee, something she said she does for everyone and then she must have thrown it away because she sent me the official registration certificate after they sent it to her stating she was the owner...in other words, she registered the dog in her name and had it sent to her instead of registering her in my name and send it to me. Maybe because I expressed my disappointment to her and on here? Or maybe she's hiding the real breeder? Any opinions? I've never seen anything like this before that's for sure........Thanks!!!!!
