I had all of the paper work to register Roxie but I never planned on breeding her so I didn't send them in. She's strictly just mine to love. If your paying that much then I think your puppy should come with papers. I'm sure others have more solid answers for that. I believe DH paid around 1200 for Roxie. When I think about the fact that he did that for Roxie and me it just gives me butterflies to think he loves me that much (it was love at first site with Roxie anyway!!).
