I am happy they gave me my money back too. I am putting this situation behind me. Writing about my experience helped me get over this bad experience. I am going to throw the letter they mailed me away, because it made me get so upset. I thought I was over the horrible experience until I read the letter the salon mailed to my house. I thought the customer service was bad. I questioned whether the customer service was bad or good after the letter said they refunded my money, because I was dissatisfied with the haircut. The salon said they had good customer service. They welcome me back to the salon.
