I did not like how the stylist treated me that day. I felt like I was sent to timeout for telling the stylist I did not want her to cut choppy layers in my hair. When I complained to the salon, they rallied behind the stylist. The Regional Manager wanted another stylist to cut my hair, but I said no after he said do not say anything about the haircut until the stylist finish. I will put this experience behind me after I report it to the state board. The way she treated me that day was too bad to sweep under the rug. Reporting it to the state board will be closer for me even if the state board does nothing about my complaint. |
