It sounds like ALT maybe. That is high but not extreme.
That wouldn't be the results to the bile acids test since there would be a pre eating number and a post eating number. Pre shouldn't exceed 10 or so and post shouldn't exceed 15-25 (depends on who you ask).
Ultrasounds are only 60-80% accurate at showing shunts and the operator needs to be very experienced. Some people don't even waste their month with them. The newer protocol is the bile acids test followed by the protein c test.
