My little one had these same symptoms last year. Drinking and peeing constantly and looked "sad" and just "not well." Waited one day, didn't get better-took her to the vet and it was a UTI easily treated with antibiotics. Please keep a close eye on her as UTI's can travel further up the urinary tract to the kidneys and cause great pain to our little ones. Hope she is feeling better this morning
