Well, hopefully not many Yorkies get put into the cargo/baggage area since they are small enough to fit under the seat, but that is how a lot of dogs have to fly. My boss just flew his two black labs from S. Korea to the US and the plane was delayed for 8 hrs, so when the dogs finally got out of their crates, they had been in there for 21 hours with NO human contact, pee break, water, food, etc. As you can imagine, my boss was furiuos since he was promised that they would at least be given food and water. Poor dogs. I dont' think a Yorkie would make it.
