First, I'm totally with "Monarchmom" My Crusty does that, too!!!
He's very good when I'm around, but once I'm away he has his "PEE & POO Party" all over the floor!

Yes, I gave him treats every time he went on the pad... and that how he became pudgy baby... sometime he saves his pee and go on the pad little at a time, so he can get more treats!
Whenever he has accidents, he knows that he's done wrong and he goes time out(going his home and stay there 10min) in his own. It almost makes me think he just can't control it.
