Thank goodness your baby is back home where he belongs. With you . It was not your fault. Has the Dr. placed him on meds and treating him for the burns injuries? I know first hand how very serious these are.
I understand that you have also been extremely traumatized . It is good that your also taking care of yourself . I hope you will feel better, and your precious little one will heal too. As you have said he is fine now, however, his paws are not. This is so sad. My heart breaks for what the both of you have been through.
I am glad your together again. if you can, bring him to therapy with you. I bring my Suzi with me, and I find that it is most comforting.
