I know you are just thankful that you have Osito back, but that grooming shop needs to pay the vet bill at the very least. That was so irresponsible for letting one of the dogs in their responsibility actually get our of the building! If they are right on the street like that, they should have multiple barriers before a dog could escape to the outside!
And by all means, pursue criminal charges on the guy that said he had your dog! |
