It was right around 4mo old I think that Nikko first started holding it most of the way through the night. I think by 12 weeks he was going about four hours at a time through the night (but definitely not during the day, of course). Maybe if you aren't too heavy of a sleeper, and your pup hasn't been wetting his crate, you could skip the alarm and try letting your pup wake you. If he needs to pee, he should hopefully whine at you to let him out, and maybe if you're lucky he'd prefer to wait longer between pees when he's sleeping.
