I agree with this, along with vet bills, the groomers should also be responsible for the kinkos bill for printing the flyers, as you would not have needed them but for their lack of responsibility. Pain and suffering for your poor baby, and yourself, and yes file a police report on the person who had called the cell phone. What goes around comes around, and no one would ever want this to happen to another innocent little furkid.
