That all depends on the club you ask
, and only some peoples "biewers" were "tested" and the tests used are still in question as to validity so stating "facts" based on incomplete info is not a good idea
The Biewer has a standard 4 white legs, chest, white tail or tip, and tri colored on head in symetry. The Biewer also has a full tail, the parti is docked.
The Parti doesn't have a standard yet.
Sorry to the Original poster for all the chatter on your thread. Your little girl is beautiful and I too, agree that people can ask for whatever price they want when selling a puppy. If I don't agree or want to pay that price,then I just go elsewhere, no need for all the comments about what you should pay
