No, the biewer has got over 3 different breeds in it. They have done dna tests on them, they have papillon, shih tzu, chi's and I believe yorkie and maltese, and not sure whatever else in them. As far as biewers, they have to have certain colors here and there, to where the parti doesn't. I think most parti breeders, as well as most biewer breeders, can tell the difference. A parti yorkie is just that, a parti yorki, a biewer on the other hand has been proven to be their own separate breed!
