Well, she sure could be pregnant. Her behaviors all seem to point that way, but you'll see much the same with a false pregnancy. The next couple of weeks should let you know if she has babies. Just treat her as if she is until you're certain.
I'm confused by what you mean in the part of your post that I quoted. Do you mean that Precious is 6 years old? If so, is this her first pregnancy? If it is, you need to be concerned with her age. The uterus tends to thicken up with each heat cycle if she is not bred. Most breeders won't breed a girl for the first time after they're 3 years old for this reason and will retire a girl by age 6.
If she is pregnant for the first time at age 6, you need to be in close contact with your vet for possible pregnancy and/or whelping complications.
