Please consider surrendering him to a rescue. You cannot wait any longer to try to figure out where you are going to get money from to fix his legs. PM me and I will see what I can do to find a good rescue that will take in and get him the immediate attention that he needs. This has gone on far too long and sometimes the only thing to do would be to let him go.
