I am very sorry for the loss of your prescious Lucy. You have been through so much with your Yorkies. But, with the two males marking , I think it is wise to use belly bands or something to prevent them from peeing all over your apartment.
The fire Hydrant is a cool idea. Maybe this is a possibility?
