Do you have any family members , friends who could help you? If not then your going to need to do what is right for Max. Surrender him to a Yorkie rescue, and give him a new lease on life. He needs his legs fixed before it is too late. He is in pain , and it is wrong for him not to have the surgery he needs to life a good life he deserves .
I am also on Social Security. I understand how hard it can be , however, the needs of our animals and their lives matter just as much . I know this is going to be a difficult decision.
