I really don't mean to offend you, but this thread started nearly 3 weeks ago and there's been an innocent little dog walking around on 2 broken legs since then. Have you even applied for Care Credit at carecredit.com? You can be approved within seconds.
Really, if you don't see any way of having the money in the VERY near future, the only right thing to do would be to surrender the dog to a rescue so that he can get the help he needs. It would KILL me to surrender my dog, but if he was suffering for 3 weeks and I had no way within my means of getting him well, I'd do it in a heartbeat because I love him so much.
