I'm so sorry the groomer gave your baby a hack job, good thing is it will grow back. If your dog seems cold then you can put a sweater on her, and i'm sure that they would be colder with hardly any hair to keep them warm. The skin is more exposed and she will be likely to get sunburn, the best thing to do would be to get some sunblock as well as making sure that she isn't out in the sun very long. As far as getting hurt by other dogs, I don't think you will run a risk of any injury that would have been different if she didn't have shaved hair. I really can't think of any other precautions that you would need to know
