I have looked on line for new collars/tags for all and I just don't have the $100 it will take. So fo now I am going to cover the vents with a screen and roll under and tape and I will then leave the screws out. (I have old screen on hand so no cost fix)

I found a brass name plate on dr foster and smith website. I think it was $2.99. You put it on a collar you already have. So maybe you can get the breakaway cat collar someone suggested from Walmart for $3.00.
