We just use the waxed dental floss and have never had any problems with it. Sometimes if you get a eager mom that licks a lot they can lick it off so I always keep a close eye on the puppy's cord the first couple of hours. The secret it is not leave the cord too long. I like to leave about 1/4 inch or slightly more. |
