OMG! I wondered this myself. Sophie has a groomer appt. on Sunday. Everytime they bathe her she scratches and scratches all week long. I don't know if it's the shampoo (they claim it's oatmeal) or if it's because they don't rinse her thoroughly enough. Either way, I am going to do the same thing. take my own Shampoo and Conditioner that I like. I'm getting on better with the groomer, so hopefully she won't mind. Either way, i was prepared to tell her to see that she is rinsed thoroughly cause of the itching. Thanks for starting the thread and all the responses. Now I have the courage to ask the same question of my groomer.
