Do you think that she might have gas, and that's causing her to be in pain (crying)? Maybe that's why she's pulling away, and not nursing so much. Make sure that she is not constipated. I give the pups some benebac (petsmart) (probiotics) ,helps with GI issues. Give her some alone nursing time with mom. Did you try the boiled liver juice? I hope she feels better soon. And this is probably hard on you too!!
