I work for petsmart, but my opinion isnt totally biased as i took training classes there way before i started working there. I liked the classes. My trainer did a really great job helping the pet parents out. He taught us the material, but also allowed for time for us to ask questions about things that werent covered in the class. Roman was very shy before his puppy training class. It helped socialize him so much! I really believe that if it werent for him being in the class he wouldnt be half as good with other dogs as he is now. With that being said, there are good and bad trainers everywhere. Petsmart has a satisfaction guarantee so if you dont feel you are clicking well with one trainer you can try taking the class again for free from another trainer. Plus im not a trainer, I work in the Petshotel part so i dont feel the need to sell you a class lol!
