Wait -- who has the sore nipples? Ceci or Angel? If Ceci, I would guess it was because the puppies had sucked her raw when she had no milk -- ouch! If it is Angel, I would guess they are engorged from not being able to nurse -- again ouch! Hope the puppies did not have to go oto long without the real momma and their food source. Time for ID collars/harnesses so hubby doesn't do that again!
