Hi, I have two yorkie girls Ellie who is one year old and Leah who is nearly two years old, I use a down duvet on my bed and both my girls sleep with me underneath the duvet and when they get too hot they come out and sleep on the top of the duvet, when they feel chilled they tap me on the shoulder or head to lift the duvet back up so they can crawl back down underneath the duvet.

I live in the UK and don't have air conditioning but I do sleep with the window open and it doesn't both my girls at all. Enjoy your new fur baby.
