I don't think you have to worry. Cash (2 years) and June (12 weeks) play rough, but he stops if she cries. It is best to leave them alone. If you sense tension (staring at each other, etc.) simply walk out of the room to dispel the tension.
Also, your poodle is now your baby's mommy, so if the poodle snarls and snaps sometimes, it is absolutely fine. She is teaching him doggie manners.
The poodle will get over the jealousy issue with time. All dogs love having a pal and they will be great friends soon. Again, use your judgement when they are playing, but remember not to interfere since they only see that as another dog added flame to the fire. So simply walk away if you think they are going to hurt each other.
