 YES......it is possible, just ask the right Breeder!
Are you planning to "Show" him or her? Or will it be a "Pet"? I personally have 3 Yorkies. When I decided to get a Yorkie, I was very strict on exactly what I was looking for.......I insisted on getting a Yorkshire Terrier that looked and acted like a Yorkie according to the AKC. Standard. In fact the picture that you used as an example looks exactly like him! I have'nt posted a recent picture, he's 5 yrs. old now it took awhile to get his "Grooming" routine right.
IMO it's a combination of "Good Breeding"/Genetics, "Good Bloodlines"/Pedigree
as well as Diet & Grooming and alot of Conditioner! You just have to find a Good Breeder and ask the right questions and don't settle for anything less.
All Yorkie puppies are Cute, Adorable and very easy to fall in Love with, but there is no way to predict exactly what they will look like when they grow-up?
Even though I never planned on "Showing" him I still wanted him to be "Show" quality to look like a Champion, even though he is a "Pet". I was very Lucky to find the right Breeder that was Honest and had Integrity, which is very hard to find now a days.
