I am having a really hard time getting Cooper to go to the bathroom outside. I can take him outside when I know he has to go, but he just walks around and sniffs. No matter how long I stay out there with him, he won't go...he waits til he gets back inside and then will immediately go on the floor.
I can tell him NO and take him back outside to try and let him finish, but he will either play around or down on the grass and look at me like I'm stupid. I keep him in a crate at night and throughout the day while I'm at work and he never goes in there, just on the floor. I know he is still a puppy and its not just going to happen over night, but I figure he would atleast go outside every now and then. I'm starting to get really frustrated because If anyone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate them.
