I was standing in the kitchen last night cuddling Colby Tate when he heard something he needed to go investigate. He started his squirmy wiggling he does when he wants down, and I was scolding him not to do that because it's dangerous and scares mommy.
He stopped wiggling, looked me right in the eye and barked (well it was really more of a 'yip' lol). Then he looked down at the floor for a few seconds. He looked back at me, yipped again, then looked down at the floor. The third time he looked at me, he sighed, and put every bit of his 2 1/2 pounds into one big (little) YIP. Then he looked at the floor and bobbed his head a couple of times.
The little stinker was ORDERING me to put him down!!!

I was laughing so hard, and I just wanted to give his cute little face kisses, but he wouldn't have it. When I finally sat him on the floor, he looked up at me, tossed his head and gave a tiny little snort like he was saying 'guess I told you who was boss". Then he strolled off to check things out.

OMG he is going to be such a character!
Do any of you ever get bossed around by your yorkies?
