Yes, it is probably leather ear. Clean every day with rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball and apply a thin coat of the Lotrimin 1% (yes you can buy at walmart) - It may take a while - weeks or even months, but it should clear at some point

And if you groom her - NEVER buzz her ear short, you can trim her ears, but no buzzer shave
