I just spoke to Olivers surgeon..the good news is he is peeing! yay
and he is picking at his food a bit. I am so happy about it! The doctor says when picked up he is standing on his legs which he feels is real good for having just had the surgery yesterday. He has very restrictive bandages on to keep the swelling down and he wants them to remain on for another day, so he thinks it would be best for Oliver to stay another night.
I do want whats best for him so even though that saddens me i will get over it. I miss him terribly.. just wanted to let you all know...thank you!
