We called the man several times without any return calls. This time I called a message that we were going to the Police Dept. and have the sheriff go with us to the owners house. He called within an hour. We went to DMV the next day and he got a new title with the title in his name. He got a quick title, and my daughter is now driving all around. Thanks for all your replys.
