I would recommend instead, small toothbrush and the toothpaste sold for dogs. Don't ever use human toothpaste. The canine toothpaste is flavoured, has enzymes that will over time work to clean up tartar or prevent buildup if you are diligent in its use.
If your dog currently has very tartared teeth and/or gingivitis, there may perhaps be some abcessed teeth and should be Vet checked.
just wondered why u prefer the toothpaste to the other products?
Oliver used to vomit foamy stuff and would be chocking when we used the toothpaste CET.
