I'm in the same boat as you. I've got maybe 10 lbs to lose and that is so hard. Especially at my age. :-) I'm already at the lowest points (18) but I can actually have 19 because of my vigorous workouts. I tend to stay more around 20-21 pts. because I've also done the calorie calculations when i've eaten just 18 pts. I could barely get 1200 calories in. That's not good. I will never eat less that 1,200 cal/day. That's the only ?? I have in the whole WW program.
