Well we wasnt happy with this because 1 he would be on his own all day till 6PM and 2ndly if he got into the garden through the cat flap and got stuck he would be out there till somone got home in all weathers.
This wasnt the only issue we had as to why we wouldnt send him back we just felt in general it wasnt fair on him or our dogs to have the upset of having to leave again even if he had been back only 6 days he was only 11 wks old and we wasnt going to do it to him
That is odd the neighbor would refuse to walk the new pup all of the sudden. I think it's good you got to keep him.
