If anyone is looking for good videos to start out with you might want to try the Taebo T3 program. I love it, i started using it a couple weeks ago. It starts out with 3 different workouts that you alternate for a month and they are only 10-12 minutes each! This helps your body gear up for the longer workouts that you do after 4 weeks (the program includes 3 long workouts too). The short workouts still make you sweat a lot and you feel it in your muscles the next day but I don't wake up unable to function because the workout is too much for me.
