I always go over the minimum by too much. I love shopping for the fluffs and always find something else to put in there. With that being said, the GE has a minimum amount but I always treat it as what I can and am willing to spend as long as I meet the min. (which has not been a problem). Just do what ever you are comfortable with and your buddy will love it. I have never seen someone post that they did not like what was sent to them.
