I'm heavey, would love to do WW. but they don't not have hours I can get too. Doing WW online means to me that I've got less suport. The Bigest Loser books and set seems more reachable atleast to me. I'm seventy pounds over weight with really bad back and bad knees. I'm trying to find something that will help me and not hurt me. I can't afford Jenny Craig. the food cost is way to much. Has anyone used either of them?
