Actually I do car insurance but in another state, If you go to your car insurance
office ask them if they have a form to Ammend the title, you will have to contact the oringal owner if he is around and he will have to go with you to a notary , you fill out the form and have the notary stamp it and the current signature on the title was done in error...

Or another option is the origanl seller would have to file for a new title through the DMV this can take around a week or maybe longer in your state..

I would do the first one.. both parties will have to be present your daughter and the org. seller... and a notary , which if I remember correctly in florida are located at banks, if you use his or your bank this transaction is usually free!! Hope that helps.
